Turkey Creek (Sumter NF)

Steep hardwood bluffs, floodplain forests and small marshy areas are a few of the varied habitats that visitors will encounter on Turkey and Stevens Creeks on the southeastern part of the Long Cane Ranger District of Sumter National Forest. Interesting plants such as bloodroot, anemone and the crane-fly orchid, and wildlife including hawks, raccoons and turkeys, are a few of the things that can be seen by floaters.

Turkey Creek is combined with Steven's Creek for the Turkey-Stevens Creek Canoe Trail, featured by the US Forest Service.

Adjacent waterways: downstream: Stevens Creek.
