The map and description posted for each trail is for general information only and does not necessarily reflect the trail status at the time of use, or the actual local trail conditions you may encounter. Based on such assumption of risk, I hereby irrevocably release and hold harmless Upstate Forever and South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SC DNR) and each Paddle SC stakeholder, its employees, organizational partners, volunteers, subcontractors, sponsors, agents, successors, heirs, assigns, affiliates, principals, owners, and legal representatives from all claims, rights, demands, or actions which I or my successors, heirs or assigns may have in connection with damages or injuries to persons or property should they occur. This website is for general reference purposes only. Paddle SC makes no warranty or representation as to the accuracy of the content in this website. We collect information that is voluntarily provided by organizations, Counties, Cities, and private property owners, and as such, those who have provided data for this website shall not be held liable; Paddle SC’s administrator, lead partners, and all affiliated organizations, funders, and individuals disclaims all responsibility for any costs, injuries, or damages to persons or property that may arise from its use.
