What to Expect

Paddlers and boaters alike can expect clear, open waters, with the opportunity to travel around Saluda Lake at their own leisure. Saluda Lake Landing can be used as a put-in and take-out, starting and ending your trip at the same location.

Access Details

If paddling downstream, the ramp is river/lake-left.

Hours of operation: ramp/fishing dock sun up to sun down; Cafe hours are Wednesday and Thursday 12 pm to 8 pm, Friday 12 pm to 10 pm, Saturday 10 am to 10 pm, Sunday 10 am to 6 pm. We have happy hours on Wednesday & Thursday from 4 to 6. Buy one, get one 1/2 half.
Fees: fishing from our dock for $3, Boat ramp for small personal watercraft (kayak, paddle board, jet skis) for $5, and boat launch fee for $10.
Rentals: We have single rider kayaks (ride inside and ride on top), tandem, and SUPs. Single rider kayaks are $30 for half day and $55 for full day, tandem kayaks are $50 for half day and $70 for full day, SUPs are same price as kayaks $30 half day and $55 for full day. 1/2 day rentals get 10% off at the cafe, full day get 15% off at cafe, and we have a "all you can paddle" monthly membership for $199/month plus 20% off at the cafe.

If no one is there to collect the fee, the fee can be paid online or we have envelopes and a drop in slot at the cafe door.
